What do I actually get for the monthly fee?
Your website, your branded mobile app in both app stores, the AI front desk, hosting, monitoring, security updates and ongoing changes. The one-time build fee covers design and development; the monthly fee covers running it and keeping it current. There is no separate hosting or store-maintenance invoice.
How long does launch take?
Typically four to six weeks from the scoping call. Websites usually go live first, then the mobile app once Apple and Google complete their review. We give you the launch date in writing before you pay anything.
Who owns the app, the website and the content?
You do. Your brand, domain, content and customer relationships stay yours. Apps are published under your business name, and if you leave we transfer the app listings and export your content. Details are in our Terms of Service.
Does the AI speak to my customers on the phone?
No. The assistant works over text and chat only. When a call is missed it sends a text so the lead is not lost. We do not record or transcribe phone calls, and every conversation offers a handoff to a person on your team.
Can it work with the field software I already use?
In most cases yes. We connect to common scheduling and accounting tools through their public APIs or automation platforms. Bring your current stack to the scoping call and we will confirm what is supported before you commit.
Is there a long contract?
No. After launch the subscription is month to month and you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. See our Refund Policy for how billing works when you cancel.
How do you handle my customers’ information?
We collect only what is needed to book and complete a job: name, contact details, service address and job notes. We never sell or rent it, we do not use it to train third-party models, and we delete it on request. No payment card numbers, health records or government ID numbers are stored on our systems.
Do you work outside the United States?
We serve companies across the United States and Canada. King Agency LLC is registered in Missouri, and all invoicing is in US dollars.
What happens if it is not a fit?
Build work is reviewed in stages so you approve the direction before it is finished, and subscriptions can be cancelled whenever you like. Our Refund Policy sets out exactly what is refundable and what is not.
